Our promise

Every order is custom-made to your approved proof. If we or Printful make a production error — wrong placement, wrong colour, damaged item — we will reprint or refund at no cost to you.

What qualifies for a reprint or refund

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Print or embroidery differs materially from your approved proof
  • Wrong item or size shipped

What doesn't qualify

  • Change of mind after proof approval
  • Errors in artwork you submitted or approved
  • Minor colour variation between screen and print (inherent to DTG and embroidery)
  • Size issues where the correct size was ordered and shipped

How to request a reprint or refund

Email orders@dropmerch.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the fault is minor we may repair or replace the item.
