What’s the minimum order?
There is no minimum. Order one cap for yourself, or five hundred hoodies for your club. Per-unit price is the same — with bundle + volume discounts automatically applied on larger orders.
How long does it actually take?
Ordering takes about 10 minutes from start to checkout. We print in Australia within 3 business days, then ship in 2–5 days anywhere in Australia. Typical end-to-end: 6–9 days.
What if I don’t have a logo?
You do not need one. Skip the upload and your text becomes the design — team name across the chest, player number on the back, a club motto on the sleeve. Type it, pick a print zone, and we set it in a print-safe font straight onto the kit.
Can I add player names and numbers?
Yes — add a text component at step 3. Pick a print zone (chest, front, sleeve, cap front) and type the name or number. It renders instantly in print-safe type, ready to go. Per-unit names and numbers across a bundle are landing soon.
Do you ship everywhere in Australia?
Yes — AU-wide flat-rate shipping $9.95, free on orders over $120. Delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch via standard courier. New Zealand fulfilment is on the roadmap but not available today.
What if I don’t like the proof?
You approve the live preview before anything is printed. Iterate as many times as you want, or walk away — nothing is charged until you hit approve. If the printed item doesn’t match the approved proof, we reprint or refund in full.
Can I order for a team with different sizes?
Yes. Either add each size and quantity in the wizard, or use the share-a-link group order flow: lock your design, paste the link in your team chat, everyone picks their own size, and we bundle into a single delivery.
What about fabric quality?
We use premium blanks only: Yupoong 6089M snapback caps (structured, mid-profile), Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tees (ring-spun, soft hand), and Gildan 18500 pullover hoodies (heavyweight 50/50 cotton-poly). Sample kits on request via the bulk lane.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because every item is custom-made, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Our reprint-or-refund promise covers any quality issue or mismatch against the approved proof — whether the kit uses your logo, a text design, or both. Full details on the /refunds page.
Are you an Australian-registered business?
Yes. Drop Merch is a registered Australian business (ABN shown at checkout). We issue proper tax invoices with GST broken out — required for anyone claiming it as a business expense.
